DOB 2006 15.2 hands Approx. 1038 lbs.
Champ is 17 years old and registered Half Arabian because of a signature problem years ago when his dam was registered. However, he is full, purebred Arabian even though he had to be registered as half. He is a lot of fun, great personality, always in trouble. He is Dennis the Menace all over again. Beautiful chestnut with lots of chrome. He rides. Trained with Dale Brown Performances Horses in South Georgia. Champ is a great athlete with lots of speed.
He is Russian Arabian. Notably he is a grandson of ASWAN, one of the most famous Arabian stallions of all time. ASWAN (1958-1984) was a highly influential grey Egyptian-bred Arabian stallion who stood at Tersk Stud in Russia. He was a gift from Egypt to Russia in 1963 in return for the Soviet help in building the Aswan Dam. This guy, Champ, is one of the few grandsons of ASWAN still alive in the United States today. That is a fun talking point! (SOLD)
